Notwithstanding these rights, you remain solely responsible for the content of your submissions. You acknowledge and agree that neither SER nor any third party that provides Content to SER will assume or have any liability for any action or inaction by SER or such third party with respect to any submission.

Security:

Any passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password (if any). SER will be entitled to monitor your password and, at her discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that SER considers insecure, SER will be entitled to require the password to be changed and/or terminate your account.

You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, SER reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. SER reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use. SER reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing SER to disclose the identity of anyone posting any e-mail messages, or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Use.

 

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS SER FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY SER DURING OR AS A RESULT OF  HER INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER SER OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

 

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SER excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or SER’s literature. SER excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.

 

Refund Policy:

 If you are not completely satisfied with the products provided, please contact us within 30-days of your purchase to request a refund.  Refunds given will be equal to the exact price of the item when purchase was made. Refund will not reflect any price changes that may have occurred since the initial purchase. Refund requests received on or after the 31st day of your purchase will not be honoured. 

All refund requests, no later than 30-days after purchase, must be sent by “email” to: info@magicmyworld.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.SER cannot accept returns without an RA number  Once your email has been time-stamped (no later than 30-days after purchase) you will receive SER return shipping address and instructions for safe return. 

Digital Products: Because of the nature of digital products, all digital course sales are final, except for courses that are offered with a 30 day return policy. On digital products, SER will replace any file that may become corrupt during a failed download. All downloads made available to customer outside of MagicMyWorld.com will be made available for up to 72 hours after purchase.

Membership Programs: Membership and Subscription programs may be easily cancelled by the customer at any time up to 72 hours before the next billing. Customers can cancel by emailing our support staff at info@MagicMyWorld.com

  (no cancellation notices via phone calls or Facebook messages.)  Refund requests are only granted within 30 days of the original payment. Refund requests that reach us outside of 30 days, or refund requests for subsequent billings of a subscription (all payments after the first payment) will not be granted.  There are no partial refunds, pro-rated billing or credits issued for membership fees already collected.

Both the customer and SER have the right to terminate/cancel for any reason.
