At a time when there is much publicity around the Dissent in the Church of England concerning performing or blessing same sex marriages and the pressures being put upon a religious institution by secular opinion I was heartened to see the joint outcomes of the visit to South Sudan by the Pope, ArchBishop of Canterbury and Scottish Presbytery that condemned criminalisation of Homosexuality whilst still not being willing to conduct same sex "marriages"; having compassion for those who err and stray from Gods paths as we understand them from scripture is one thing - actively enforcing acceptance of such behaviour is another.

The Church follows precepts that are above societies rules (that blame, shame and punish) - - if "society "has no place for knowledge of a living a higher risen life in Love and Wisdom it need not go to church or any religious institution and try to impose its lower aspirations on those who seek enlightenment at a higher level of consciousness.

See Christs teachings that there is no marriage (dependence or co-dependence) in the Kingdom of Heaven - that is when we achieve true freedom of spirit.

We need to stop indulging in the 7 deadly sins (those which induce depression) if we are to thrive and rise again like the Phoenix from the ashes and like JC on the cross - achieve the risen life through forgiveness . And use the same tools to unite in Lets Cancel Cancer- LCC=Love changes Cells - All Cells .
