LOVE CHANGES CELLS TO MAXIMISE ENERGY THROUGH FORGIVENESS AND LETTING GO OF DEMANDS FOR REPARATIONS,

Greetings!

 I must say I fail to equate Justin Welby's recent  self flagellation and talk of reparations - an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth - with Christian teachings of Forgiveness - even from the Cross - and  repentance. and forgiveness of those who trespass against us in the Lords Prayer .

Forgiveness, repentance and gratitude are the most powerful tools for self renewal, like the Phoenix and Christ rising again from the dead- the depths and darkness of depression which Justin Welby has admitted to suffering.

Failing to let go of the resentment of the person we feel has harmed us is  aptly said to be like  drinking poison whilst expecting the other person to die. the bitterness only affects the on going life of the person holding the grudge of which the other person may be oblivious - knows not what they have done .

Forgiveness allows us to move on and get over the trauma or losses whether on a personal, national or international scale.

The ancient statute of limitations in UK Law (6 years)  as well as double jeopardy were  specifically designed to liberate  people from carrying the  psychological / spiritual burdens  as well as financial costs of the blame and shame game. cf the millions of taxpayers money spent on the Madelaine McCann investigations of her disappearance caused by parents leaving a child unattended while they went out to enjoy themselves .

My mother would always tell me there is no use crying over spilt milk - all we can do , as the King has said , is to learn the lessons of the past and move on to a better future as a result. As Einstein said one definition of madness is going on doing the same things and expecting different results

Lao Tsu said if you sit by the banks of the river long enough the corpse of your enemy will float past . The bible teachings tell us Vengeance is mine saith the Lord- who has shown the power since time immemorial in plague , earthquake ,famine, wind and fire  to punish those who transgress the  Natural Laws of Love  without faith in their  abundance to provide for all human needs.

Let us be the change we wish to see and start the process of forgiveness, mercy  and  letting go in our own lives to rise above our own perceptions of "offences " against us  which were unwittingly committed by others. and together Lets Cancel Cancer

PS  in the few hours since I started writing this  the resignation of the Archbishop of Canterbury has been. announced. I sincerely pray that   the actual fundamental  teachings of Christ and the Prophets will shine through the institutionalised dogma of  organised religion in the Church of England and elsewhere which  has brought them into disrepute  and pray  that our King is recognised for his  willingness and oath to defend all faiths in his earthly Kingdom
