After a week of more challenging events on both my home, my website and my political fronts it was a great way to end the week by attending church where my favourite anthem - Lead me Lord was beautifully sung and I talked with some newcomers with whom to share- in particular that in my experience there is no such thing as a mistake - life is a learning process. all things are given to us from which to learn our lessons and give thanks and grow...

This was followed by the fun of going out for lunch and making some new friends and being surprisingly reunited with old friends not seen since first Lockdown - all great opportunities for exchanging good energy and having a good laugh which in turn helps the healing process for regeneration and rejuvenation of cells..
