Happy August - with more heatwaves said to be on their way and things hotting up in other areas of life whether inflation, cost of living, war in Ukraine, uk political slanging matches, etc etc I felt it is really important to make every effort to personally return to coolness and sanity by using the tools we have all been given of detachment, repentance, forgiveness, and gratitude. FANS- ceiling - or now desk or standing fans available - even use an old fashioned hand fan on the bus etc. MAKE YOUR OWN - use cardboard or magazine/book etc 2. take enough SALT to prevent cramping - pref sea salt rather than table/cooking salt - but any better than none 3.
