Greetings!
It would appear that in this uncertain world the only thing we can be sure of is our own ability to take control of our own responses to whatever appears in our paths. It is our own choice whether to react from fear or to feel the fear and use it to learn and grow stronger and more resilient through the power of Love as we find the blessings in life's lessons..
It is particularly relevant at this time of the "panicdemic" that we do our utmost to boost our own immune systems. To this end I append a very interesting video showing the explicit science of our cellular reactions to invasion and how we can by altering our diet( and I would add changing our mindset to banish victim thinking) become more healthy and vital and fend off invasion of our territory.
