LOVE CHANGES CELLS TO MAXIMISE ENERGY- AND OPENS NEW DOORS

Greetings! Yet another challenging week which exercised all my stress management tools and brought me back to the fundamentals 0f knowing Life is a Learning Process - and Acceptance and surrender to the apparent vicissitudes are.key. Then just as the challenges appeared overwhelming I was brought new opportunities for change and growth- One door closes and another opens. Since last week I have made an offer on a beautiful south facing flat with huge windows looking oiut over acres of trees and gardens which I was introduced to by a couple I know who live in the same house already.. I just keep praying the minor glitches for easiier access with my walker will be ironed out easily..

Also had a delicious Sunday Lunch in the garden at Chaplins after being made unwelcome at my usual Sunday haunt - - more misunderatandings and mishandling of the situation to be sorted out - better just to move on to pastures new and enjoy the good things on offer. . There is always a silver lining to any cloud.. REPENT = Rethink Everrything Positively Eliminate Negative Thought.. So in this week of progress I have also joined a local hotel leisure club with warm swimming pool and steam room etc for the winter months. Again I am so grateful for the introduction and support of friends to help me make progress. Onwards and Upwards.
