LOVE CHANGES CELLS TO MAXIMISE ENERGY -- AND GIVES US SELF EMPOWERMENT

Greetings!

Although domestic hassles continue they pale into apparent insignificance given the scale of disruptions on the world stage. Many of which appear to be out of the control of us mere mortals whether they be volcanic eruptions , COVID or senseless killings attributed to "terrorism" -it would appear an overhaul of the trajectory of todays society is being called for.

On the one hand we have summits called to deal with climate change to prevent more imminent natural disasters whilst steps are simultaneously taken by Government to boost and shore up the " travel industry" which could be said to be one of the major causes of pollution and consumption of energy/fuel resources for completely inessential purposes . The joys of Staycations appear to have been very shortlived.

So how can we learn to be happy with where we are in the here and now and give thanks for each changing moment as it passes? How can we learn to be grateful for each instant in our daily lives and stop seeking pastures new in the belief that the grass is greener somewhere else that we are not now ? In the end we only ever take ourselves with us wherever we go and beauty and satisfaction is in the eye of the beholder.
