Greetings! Just when we thought life was normalising we were informed of another potential threat to be aware of. This time there seems to be more effort to avoid panic stations by the scientific gurus - but its been enough for the stock markets to fall and the Government to once again introduce restrictions on our personal freedoms.

With the stormy conditions last week and the very cold weather now it looks like it will be even more of a challenge to keep ourselves optimistic and resilient in the lead up to Christmas. The constant Black Friday shopping hype appealing to some of the basest aspects of human nature- greed gluttony vanity- are truly disturbing indications of the poverty of our society - and even worse are the senseless child killings.
