I trust you have enjoyed the Jubilee Celebrations whether in personal parties and/or joining the virtual national gatherings of celebration and thanksgiving for an exemplary life of Service of our Queen Elizabeth II.

It seemed appropriate to me that this weekend the Church's celebration of Whit Sunday or Pentecost - the coming of the Holy Spirit - coincided with the commemoration of the Queen's investiture and oaths/vows and anointing. I believe she has been an amazing example of Faith and obedience to the power given by the working of the Spirit within. Humility to Gods Will brings amazing Power- as Christ said in the Beatitudes- The Meek (The humble) Shall inherit the Earth.
