LOVE CHANGES CELLS TO MAXIMISE ENERGY AND BRINGS PEACE OF MIND

Greetings!Amazing how quickly Christmas seems to be approaching bringing with it all the attendant activities of extra planning special food and spending on shopping for it and for gifts and wrapping them, writing Xmas letters to go in Xmas cards that cost less than their postage stamps nowadays- and big questions perhaps about the relationships of which the memories are revived on going through lists of old addresses.

Indeed it is how we approach these tasks - whether with Love and joyful application of our minds in organisation and implementation of the many LISTS involved iin successfullly meeting deadlines in the countdown that will greatly influence and determine our stress levels or lack of them. At the end of the day it is entirely my choice as to how much I wish to buy into all the commercial Hype surrounding the one day in time that the Church has chosen to recognise as the birthday of the Lord Jesus Christ. I have today just enjoyed the delicious traditional Christmas lunch at a local hotel with others from my Church - so for me that is my "Christmas" , or at least one of them if I am lucky enough to be invited to another celebration.. We still have the carol service and nativity play next week... and so it goes on leaidng up to the 25th.. Now I have also to arrange my own 75th Birthday Celebrations on the 30th - so I am working hard at reducing my stress levels by eating the elephant bite by bite and doing what is necessary each day to achieve my goals and knowing that it is all only MY time and I can choose or unchoose to do my.self allotted tasks. What a joy and freedom -knowing I no longer HAVE TO do anything.

It is my strong belief that Christ consciousness can be born in each and every one of us at any time that we are able to "die" to the ego self and submit in humility to the will of our Omniscient and Omnipotent God of Love. The meek(humble) shall inherit the earth. It is this all important step of surrender to and acceptance of Gods Will in our daily lives that brings Joy and Peace in abundance.
