As our daily lives are impacted by the seemingly never ending "news" of all the baser aspects of human nature and the results of our mortal efforts to control all outcomes in our world out of fear of our own ogres - whether the ogre of inflation, revelations of government "partygate", the threat of imminent escalation of Russian retaliation through aggression - I believe it is more and more incumbent on me and each and every one of us to work on ourselves and our own healing to change our worlds.

One great tool is the Hawaiian "Ho'opopono" - I Love You, I am Sorry, I forgive You , Thank You..
