In addition to the last weeks Audio recording as promised on the NOW leading to a discussion of Sleep Hygiene - I also attach the follow-on conversation this week on the importance of writing a Journal using the tools of Detachment, REPENT and Gratitude Lists to clean the slate of my mind and handing it all over as well as creating a blueprint for the next day before going to sleep..
I felt that a natural progression for our new discussion (today Monday) would be to elaborate further on the topics of a healthy morning ritual incorporating some very simple easy movements I call "Bathroom" Qi Gong as well as starting the day with really healthy delicious food - both of which provide a great foundation for the day ahead. and help build a strong immune system over time.
